Christ gave everything in order to free us so that we could truly live. In turn, we respond with graciousness and generosity, giving not because we have to, but because we get to.
Giving
GIVING is A WORSHIP RESPONSE TO GOD
The giving of our tithes and offerings is part of our worship and discipleship as we participate in an act of faith to partner with what God is doing in and through the people of God.
We believe there are endless ways to give, and therefore to bless others. If you would like to support Riverwalk financially, we have listed the options below. We also recognize that giving financially is only one form of giving! If you’re interested in supporting Riverwalk by sharing your talent or time, please reach out to our leaders to talk through ways to offer your unique gifts.

There are a number of ways to give to God's work at Riverwalk Church:
-
Give online via Planning Center HERE. You can set up one-time or recurring gifts via bank account, credit card, or debit card. We highly recommend giving this way in supporting our church, and we ask you to prayerfully consider covering the processing fee. Giving by bank account has a $0.30 fee while credit/debit cards have a 2.15% fee.
A Planning Center tutorial can be found HERE.
Other ways to give online include:
If you choose to give online, we ask that you continue to participate in coming forward on Offering Sunday. You are welcome to bring a blank envelope and drop it in symbolically, or to put in a $1 bill if you feel disingenuous dropping an empty envelope in the basket. However you may choose to do it, we recommend participating in this practice because the rhythm of coming forward and praying over your gift is a part of our shared worship.

While online giving is preferred, we are happy to accept checks and online bill pay for tithes and gifts. Please make all checks payable to Riverwalk Covenant Church, Boston MA.

Did you know you can donate stocks to our church directly? Benefits include being able to donate more by avoiding capital gains taxes and being able to deduct the full fair-market value from your income taxes.
To begin, you will need to obtain a transfer form from your brokerage/stock account that is for charitable donations.
Please contact our current Treasurer for more details.
Once the stock is received, you will be given a tithing receipt. Please note: donations of stock must be received by the end of the year to be counted as a charitable tax deduction for that year.
