No service on August 10; come and eat with us!
Jesus ate with his disciples, and the early church shared meals together — so eating together and growing in community with God and with one another is important to us. One of our love languages is food!
Instead of a regular worship gathering, we’ll be gathering at a local restaurant for food and fellowship. There will not be any worship gathering at the BTC on August 10. Our regularly scheduled worship gatherings at the BTC will resume the following week, Sunday, August 17.
“What’s dim sum?”
It’s basically a sort of steamed/fried dumpling-extravaganza experience (pork, shrimp, mushroom, veggie) with many other side dishes of the southern Chinese/Cantonese variety. We welcome beginners and those who consider themselves intermediate/advanced dim sum consumers.
